Real estate company in the North End of Boston seeking a motivated self-starter ready to join a busy office and be a part of our small team. This is a wonderful opportunity to get your foot in the door in Boston real estate and learn about property management and sales.
Job Description:
Setting up appointments for apartment showings
Assisting prospective residents with the leasing process
Maintaining online advertisements
Managing phone and email communications; addressing tenant maintenance concerns
Assisting with ROIs and property renovations
Coordinating move-ins/move-outs and conducting apartment inspections
Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
Providing administrative support for efficient office operation; performing administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
Some college (may be a current student). Progress towards Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
1+ years of experience in sales or property management (preferred)
Must be able to commute to the North End of Boston (no on-site parking available)
Must be able to work Saturdays
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Highly self-motivated
Friendly with strong interpersonal skills
