The Liberty Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recertification Specialist to join our team .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Section 8 recertifications, including annual and interim certifications.
Handle a high volume of documentation and resident interactions in a busy office environment.
Ensure compliance with all affordable housing regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience in Section 8 Recertifications: Must have prior experience managing annual and interim certifications.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-paced setting.
Business Casual Attire: Maintain a professional appearance.
Schedule and Details:
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: At least one month, with the potential for longer-term placement.
Parking: Included on-site.
Access to Public Transit: Vehicle not required; property is easily accessible via public transportation.
