Ocean City Development(www.ocbuyshouses.com), is now offering an immediate opening for a MA licensed real estate agent to join our brokerage and property acquisitions team. Our marketing team generate the leads, books the appointments and put them on your calendar. Your job is to work with the buyers and sellers to close deals.
We will also teach you my own proven seller lead generation strategies that have resulted in 80 seller transactions just in the past 12 months for myself alone. We will provide you with:
a) Guaranteed minimum of 4 seller leads per month - people that are interested in selling and have scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and look at their house.
b) Guaranteed minimum of 4 buyer leads per month - people that have requested to be called and are interested in buying a home.
c) Generate additional buyer leads by attending and running our open houses for our development projects. We typically have at least one open house per week and most of our properties generate 20-30 attendees at our open houses. Some of our prior properties can be found at www.oceancitychannel.com.
d) A guaranteed buyer for any fix and flip properties that meet our easily teachable criteria. We bought 61 houses in 2015 and plan on buying more in 2016. Any houses that you find(regardless of the source) that meet our criteria, we will purchase and you will earn a brokerage commission on.
e) Teach you how to grow your own brokerage business under us using a top notch marketing plan to generate your own buyer and seller leads
f) Help you put together a monthly budget for you so that you have additional leads beyond the ones that we provide you

Our commission structure is as follows:
1. 80/20 split: for any deals where we did not provide the lead.
2. 50/50 split: for any deals where we provided the lead, and scheduled the appointment.
There are opportunities for both full time and part time agents. This is not a traditional brokerage opportunity.
