Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist with calling sales customers and managing invoicing for our warehouse. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting sales customers to confirm orders, answer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Managing customer invoicing for warehouse orders as they come in.
Assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth communication between the warehouse and customers.
Handling customer concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams for efficient processing and tracking of orders.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred.

Proficiency in basic invoicing and order processing systems.
