Elizabeth Home Design & Décor is a high-end residential interior design firm and boutique store is seeking a Design and Retail Assistant with a passion for design, organization, and client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 2 years of experience in design and/or retail operations. College Degree required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project manager in sourcing, pricing, data entry and tracking of product
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designer
Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics
Entering of retail inventory into POS system.
Assist retail customers as needed
Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Maintenance of the design library
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or retail operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Drawing experience in CAD or Sketch Up required
Familiarity with Retail POS system is a plus
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Network
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
