Clerk/Stock/Walking Delivery Person -
Small fine wine store in downtown Boston has part-time positions for a stock, cashier, and delivery person
Type: part-time (10:00-6:00, M-F)
Responsibilities
Stocking Shelves
Working the register when needed.
Walking deliveries within a 1 mile radius when needed
Cleaning as needed
Other tasks as needed for assisting the store
Requirements
High school diploma or GED and 1+ years’ of customer service/support
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid MA ID
Strong written/verbal and interpersonal communication, as well as promptness in responding to customer needs.
Available for full or part time. Able to work Monday through Friday. Possibility of Saturdays (potential for paid over time)
Capacity to be both well-organized yet adaptable; the ideal candidate will operate in a structured manner - yet be able to flex priorities if needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to work effectively both in a collaborative setting and independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
basic computer literacy
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
Ability to walk extensively if needed.
Preferred:
Valid MA Driver’s license
25 years old (insurance issues if driving company car)
Some knowledge of wine or spirits
Some experience in a related role.
