About Me:
I am growing a reselling business. Im a licensed builder, I flip houses. Houses I purchase have items left behind, I sell these items on various online platforms and am looking for a motivated individual to help expand operations.
Id like to in the future have a warehouse, increase inventory, and see how far we can really take this. I also have experience buying return pallets and reselling for profit. We can organize yardsales, auctions, giveaways and charity events as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and catalog inventory for online listings.
- Photograph and create compelling descriptions for items.
- Manage listings on platforms like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and others.
- Assist with customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
- Track sales and inventory levels.
I currently use a service on fiverr, where I take pictures of products and they are turned into listings. We could continue this service or list the items ourselves to capture more of the profit. I have hundreds of items ready to go, so it shouldn't be long before a steady profit is realized.
Qualifications:
- Experience with online sales platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic photography and writing skills for creating listings.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay structure, earning a percentage of monthly sales.
The perfect fit would be someone reliable, consistent, creative and outgoing. Drivers license and ability to travel is a must. I currently use a barn at one of my properties as a makeshift warehouse. You would be going here to list the items until we make enough money to rent an actual warehouse.
