Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Sales Associate who not only excels in client relations and retail service but also brings social media savvy and marketing awareness to the role. You’ll play a dual part: offering hands-on sales support on the floor while helping build and grow our digital presence to attract and retain clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an elevated, one-on-one client experience, especially around custom suiting and personalized wardrobe consulting
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their style, needs, and goals
Provide expert styling advice and wardrobe solutions that emphasize fit, versatility, and value
Collaborate with the team to execute marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and promotional content
Assist in managing and growing our brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Follow up with clients regularly to drive repeat business and maintain loyalty
Support daily store operations, visual merchandising, and special events
Meet and exceed sales goals using professional selling techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications & Skills:
Must dress professionally and fashionably—our clients look to us for style direction
Highly motivated and confident in sales with a natural ability to build rapport
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience or strong interest in social media marketing and basic content creation
Integrity, professionalism, and respect for clients at all times
Retail apparel experience is ideal—but a strong work ethic and fast learning curve matter more
Must be self-driven, dependable, and available on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable using technology, spreadsheets, and point-of-sale systems
Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills
Energetic, personable, and detail-oriented with a passion for style and service
