Want to work in fashion in a beautiful boutique? Helena's, a clothing and accessories store with locations in Arlington and Belmont, is seeking experienced, outgoing and motivated sales associates for weekday and weekend shifts.

Candidates for this position must have:
- Previous retail experience is required, preferably in women's clothing.
- Availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
- High level of product knowledge for women's fashion apparel and accessories.
- Understanding of retail POS systems.
- Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate with and assist a wide range of customers in a professional manner.
- Flexible, easy-going demeanor with an ability to move quickly and multi-task.
- Perform other duties such as restocking, merchandising and cleaning.
- Ability to work with a team to build a successful business.
- Ambition to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Commitment to weekly fixed schedule.
