We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Electric Scooter Sales and Assembler to join our team. This dual-role position involves both sales and technical responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who excels in customer interaction and has a technical background. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on various electric scooter models, and guide them through the purchasing process. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling electric scooters as well as learning to do basic repairs (we will provide full training). We do not expect you to have a background in Electric Scooter Repair, as this position comes with full training, however we do expect a baseline level of being comfortable with power tools (i.e. drills) and working with your hands.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in both sales and technical services, with hands-on experience in technical skills and a proven ability to drive sales. Excellent communication skills are crucial for providing exceptional service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks, from closing sales to handling technical issues. A passion for electric scooters and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will help you thrive in this role.
Again, we will provide full training for this position, but baseline abilities will help improve your ability to thrive in this role. If you’re a self-motivated individual who enjoys blending technical expertise with sales acumen, we’d love to hear from you.
