The Refillery is Massachusetts' #1 destination for bulk / zero-waste foods and household products. Over 500 items you can buy into your own reusable containers no plastic for the landfills, no post-consumer waste.
The Refillery Lead does a little bit of everything. It isn't always glamorous. It's filling bins and running a cash register. Also helping customers with all their questions, some ordering, and generally being the person we turn to when the Refillery Manager is out. If you know and love zero waste and/or whole foods and/or beans, let's talk. Some morning shifts, some shifts until 6:30 pm. One weekend day per week a must. (If you can do both weekend days, we will LOVE you!) We are looking for full time, but can consider part-time for the right candidate.
Retail/customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in English a must. Physically able to lift a sack of beans.
