We’re a small tech company that builds and supports serious systems — servers, security, networking, even NVIDIA AI hardware.
We need an on-site IT tech to visit customers, do surveys, handle support, and learn from senior engineers.
Our customers are small (4-8 computers) to midsize (8-90 computers) clients.
Some are in the Retail Environment, others are in a Warehouse Office building.
If you like building PCs, troubleshooting, learning new stuff, and talking to customers, this is an awesome place to grow.
Not looking for a know-it-all.
Not looking for someone who wants to sit in a cube all day.
Just someone smart + reliable + hungry to learn.
What You’ll Do
Visit customer sites for tech surveys + audits
Help support Windows desktops + servers
Assist with MSP tickets + customer issues
Work with Sophos + security tools
Basic networking, patching, backup checks
Hardware swaps, setups, troubleshooting
Document findings + work with team
Learn AI systems (NVIDIA, GPU rigs, etc.)
You won’t get stuck doing one boring task — you’ll get variety and real-world work.
Skills You Should Have (or be excited to learn)
Windows 10/11 + some Windows Server - Setting up Nvda AI Servers, Atlas Browser
O365 / basic networking (DHCP, DNS, VLAN basics)
Security tools (Sophos is a plus)
Good communicator with customers + team
Troubleshooter with curiosity
BONUS: PC building, PowerShell, Linux, GPUs
