Employment type: part-time (37 Hours)

Job title: Nursing Home/Residential Security

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday (6PM-5AM) and Thursday (10PM-5AM)

Compensation: $15.25 Per Hour

Immediate Opening

The security officer is posted at the front entrance and must make patrols and responds to any type of disturbance, from a fire or unauthorized guest to a medical emergency. The security officer also responds to guest complaints concerning disturbances and problems.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

High School degree or GED or security experience.

Experience in CPR and First Aid, free training will be provided if needed.

Fluent English

Must live within a reasonable distance from the job site. May be required to report for duty at any time, including during states of emergency.

Must be at least 21+ years of age.

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

1. Responsible for maintaining clear and concise logs of all nightly occurrences, suspicious activity.

2. Responds to guest requests quickly and courteously as reported by night shift staff.

3. Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required.

4. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations.

5. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.

6. Security might also be needed to evict loiterers or trespassers from time to time.
