NOW HIRING SECURITY OFFICERS – STARTING PAY: $20/HR
LOCATION: Natick, MA
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Starting January 6, 2025
Position 1: Full-time, 40 hours (Mon–Fri, 7 PM–3 AM; hours may vary slightly for security purposes)
Position 2: Part-time, 16 hours (Sat & Sun, 7 PM–3 AM; hours may vary slightly for security purposes)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-visibility foot and vehicle patrols to deter and address safety issues.
Respond professionally to emergencies, notifying law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
Write detailed shift and incident reports.
Monitor parking areas, enforce fire lane policies, and ensure exterior lighting is functional.
Secure community spaces and monitor property amenities.
Use electronic touring systems for patrols and payroll apps for timekeeping.
Collaborate with property management, maintenance teams, and emergency responders.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver’s license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform extended foot patrols.
You must pass a background check and provide professional references.
CPR, AED, and First Aid training (provided by EIS, Inc. upon hiring).
