Construction Design Estimators to join our construction and restoration division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-30 years experience in residential construction, with some computer knowledge.
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Construction Design Estimator, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. These people are in need of our services and are waiting for your visit with solutions to their issues. This is not a remodeling position but a basement water entry solution position.
You will not be responsible in generating your own contacts. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures the customer contacts us looking for remodel, structural, masonry, repairs and projects.
Qualifications:
Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Hands on construction field experience is needed
10 - 30 years of residential or commercial construction
Possess a CSL is not required
Excellent customer service skills/follow though
High level of motivation a must
Self-Driven & Independent
Natural Sense of Urgency
Quick Problem Solver
Ability to measure, diagram and create a scope of work per the customers needs or requests.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Utilize construction knowledge to accurately assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to streamline construction processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
