We are seeking motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our energetic and fast-paced team. If you are driven, enjoy interacting with people, and want to earn uncapped commissions while making a meaningful impact, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage with potential customers by knocking on doors in assigned residential neighborhoods.

Educate homeowners on the benefits of Aptive Environmental’s pest control services.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches and address questions or concerns to build trust and rapport.

Customize service packages to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Close sales and manage contracts through our easy-to-use digital platform.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.

Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
