We have found a niche in convering institutional shields, logos, and brand-marks into traditional stained glass windows. As the economy teters, corporations, boarding schools, non-profits, colleges and universities, and other institutions need novel ways to engage their donors, affiliates, and stakeholders. We have developed modern tools and techniques in stained glass that allow us to make well-crafted Gothic, Tudor, and Medieval style art glass windows. We also have the ability to incorporate non traditional media into stained glass including photos, reflective elements, with well-defined opportunities for customization.
Some of our clients have been Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of a Public Health, Yale University, and beyond.

Having fundraising experience and familiarity with institutional development is an asset in this role. A good sales candidate would be comfortable connecting with Alumni Associations, development offices, non-profit leadership, corporate gifts departments, golf clubs, yacht clubs, and beyond. Many institutions need to have gifts on hand for unexpected high-level visitors, custom gifts for investiture and recognition ceremonies, awards for affiliates, and remarkable incentives to engage key stakeholders.
The stained glass industry is dying quickly, and we strive to keep it alive. Our efforts create new markets and revenue streams for you in sales, for institutions, and for the field of art glass. You can see our current catalog on our website AlmaMaterDesigns.org.
Our future vision is to expand across the country, but the next phase of this project engages with institutions in New England. Because our model is compatible with any type of institution, you could start with the types of institutions where you have the most interest, connections, and domain knowledge. There is expensive opportunity to leverage your creative insights and sales acumen.
