Responsibilities:
As an Agent, you will play a key role in bridging the digital divide by qualifying &, enrolling individuals in the federally funded Lifeline Program. And/or helping individuals save on their current utility bills!
Duties:
Educating customers about the FREE Lifeline Program and its benefits
Enrolling eligible individuals in the program through a quick & simple process
Distributing free cell phones and/or sim cards to qualified customers
Qualifications:
Interpersonal and communication skills
A willingness to learn - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A self-motivated attitude
