Local waterproofing and construction company offering a lucrative Design/sales opportunity for those interested in kicking the 9-5 lifestyle. This is a career sales position that has no turnover and high compensation. No cold calls or canvasing, we supply all of your appointments; you just have to show up and follow our guidelines.
Details:
In this Design Sales position, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners that have water intrusion, humidity, mold, and foundation issues. This is a rapid growth position. Utilizing a proven sales process our inspectors expected first year income will exceed $100,000 for someone diligently following our sales process. We are ideally seeking a Design Rep and offer free paid training.
Expectations:
Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
Run pre-set, confirmed and pre-qualified appointments
We will provide training for you to diagnose/educate the homeowner on the issues they have in their home and provide solutions for those foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues.
Estimate the repairs and provide homeowner with job proposals.

Preferred Qualifications:
In-home sales is a plus however we will train you.
Work in the construction, foundation repair, or similar home services industry is a plus!
Positive “can do” attitude focused on customer service and satisfaction.
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Great people skills and understands the importance of strong customer service.
Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently.
Capable of completing all paperwork in a timely manner.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
