Job Description
Nelectron Solutions, a fast-growing provider of POS and merchant services, is seeking a sharp and organized Lead Follow-Up Specialist to work independently in our Westwood office. This part-time position focuses on contacting business leads provided by account managers, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling in-person appointments.
The ideal candidate has impeccable verbal and written communication skills, thrives on cold calling, and maintains an exceptional level of organization. You must manage follow-ups precisely (if an owner says “call Wednesday at 2 PM,” you call Wednesday at 2 PM) and keep all interactions tracked and updated in our CRM.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with business leads to identify owners and schedule appointments
Update CRM systems with accurate notes and next steps
Perform light administrative and office support tasks
Understand the company’s service offerings well enough to spark interest and handle objections
Stay organized and responsive at all times
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting experience
Exceptional organizational skills and time management
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, in-person during business hours
Compensation: $15-$25 an hour PLUS commission
