About This Position:

We are looking to add a Massachusetts based Solar Sales Consultant to our team. To qualify, you should have proven solar sales work experience. You should also bring to the table knowledge of various solar equipment and products as well as the Massachusetts market so you can communicate the best solar and solar battery options and approaches for your prospective customers. This includes gathering information, analyzing the needs of the customer, preparing quotes, and providing support throughout the decision-making process. Consultants will need to conduct in person and virtual meetings with customers. Our inside sales team will set up most of your opportunities, but you can earn a step up on your commission rate for opportunities you bring in on your own.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, empathetic individual who is sociable with strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Qualifications:

Resourceful self-starter and problem solver

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident and outgoing personality

Related solar sales experience and knowledge base

Solid computer skills that show a proficiency in using Excel, Word and a CRM

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Compensation:

We will provide the training you need to be successful

Full-time year-round (M-F) position with a base salary plus uncapped commissions

Remote work possible in the right situation

Business expense reimbursement (including miles)
