As a Partnership Executive at FANZO, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing the relationship between FANZO and our venue customers. The focus of this relationship is to ensure the customers are utilising all aspects of the platform to drive a high ROI for their venue.

What is FANZO?

FANZO is an app and website - we exist to bring fans together to create incredible sporting memories.

We are the home of shared euphoria - regardless of the sport, fixture, or location.

There are three sides to our business. Here’s how we serve each:

● Sports fans: FANZO makes watching sport socially quicker and easier to organise. We’ll help you find the perfect venue for you and your friends.

● Venues: FANZO is an organizational tool for venues that show sport on TV. Our service helps them save time each week promoting sport and drives fans in to watch games they’re showing. Customers include Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Busters, and Hooters.

● Brands: We work with brands to help them reach fans during live sport. We have well-established partnerships with Guiness, Michelob Ultra & FIFA.

What's the role?

As a Partnerships Executive, you will be part of the B2B commercial team. This involves contacting venues, booking meetings, demonstrating the product, and signing the venues up to a plan to help them get more out of their live sports subscriptions.

Goals & Responsibilities

● Sign up venues to the FANZO business platform (strategic targets and additional scale)

● Increase engagement from our partner venues

● Increase the number of venues who opt into our activations

● Increase revenue per paying pub

Responsibilities

● New business - identify, secure, and onboard new business opportunities amongst independent and group venues

● Customer service - working closely with the team in Ireland to ensure our customer service response time is as quick as possible

● Individual venue sales - working with the product and marketing functions to identify hot leads (pubs engaged with the freemium tier) and then actively upselling paid subscriptions

● Account management - actively re-engage the venues to maximize revenue and platform value for fans

● Growth culture - identify customer needs and opportunities not being adequately met by FANZO, and working with our growth team to address these in order to maximize growth potential - you are our eyes and ears on the ground.

● Customer training - you’re going to be the ultimate trainer, organising webinars and training events to support pub group customers getting up and running with FANZO and utilising all the platform's functionality to ensure ongoing engagement.

● Resubscriptions - you’re going to own the resubscription of restaurant groups on FANZO. This is going to involve working with the finance, product, and marketing teams to inform the strategy as to how the team can ensure the long-term retention of these customers.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

● Some commercial sales experience and has experience in building customer propositions.

● Have great account management skills and can prove it.

● You are a wizz on excel and PowerPoint and can analyse and interpret data.

● You are customer (or at least people) obsessed and can build new relationships at pace.

● You’re smart, listen actively, and quickly process requirements and objectives.

● You’re a team player and believe that the final result is so much more important than who scored. You’ll be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get hands-on, even if out of your remit.

Who will you work with?

Overall, FANZO is made up of very passionate people split across 5 countries (US, UK, Ireland, France, and Australia). The team is currently 28 people and growing fast.

You will report to the Head of North America and work closely with the BDM, Account Coordinator, and the Marketing and Partnerships Manager.
