We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales team in the local home improvement industry. Our sales reps go to pre-scheduled appointments (HOT LEADS!) to residential homes and conduct roofing evaluations to provide roofing estimates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within greater Boston+ area and Rhode Island in a company vehicle provided
- Perform roof assessments using drone technology, satellite imagery and occasionally a ladder (the old fashion way).
-Utilize our system to provide our customers a competitive job estimate
- Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
-Willingness to go to sales appointments on short notice and/or outside "normal business hours"
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
- Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
- Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement
- Willingness to learn
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale
Compensation:
- Uncapped, full commission structure
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
Schedule:
- Flexibility on a weekly basis
- Evening and weekend availability (required)
