INSTA-BRITE MOBILE WASHING, the leader in the region for exterior house & roof washing services, is growing! We're starting the search for a reliable, motivated person, who is a great communicator, to assist with this growth. The position is great for a recent college grad, mother's hours, or semi-retirement position. This position will NOT be remote! The person will need to have reliable transportation to visit sites as necessary & will be compensated for use of their own vehicle.
As an account manager you'll be fielding incoming requests for pricing, and answering questions about exterior house and roof washing services. The sales effort will NOT be limited to houses as INSTA-BRITE performs washing at condo communities, truck washing for fleets, and building washing services for many commercial real estate owners and managers. Requirements include strong interpersonal skills and some experience with customer service would be helpful. The person will be using our in house CRM software so computer skills are important. We are will train the correct individual.
Compensation is expected to be a base plus commissions for each sale.
