We are a basement waterproofing company seeking an experienced salesperson to estimate / sell our patented system and other waterproofing services to residential customers. As we are expanding our team, this commission based position is currently available. We provide high quality, customer initiated leads - no cold calling - You need to contact these potential clients and set appointments to discuss the effectiveness of our waterproofing services. You need to carefully examine their homes to provide accurate diagnosis of their basement issues / needs and provide recommendations to the client to resolve such issues. We seek candidates who present themselves confidently and professionally and are capable of building a great rapport with their customers, providing follow-up to concerns and answers to questions. The ability to understand, speak, read and write English is mandatory. Must be capable of hand writing estimates including drawing up plan diagrams.
