Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and inbound marketing
Conduct roof inspections and document findings
Educate customers on roofing systems, repairs, and replacements
Provide estimates and close deals
Track jobs using AccuLynx (training provided)
Build lasting client relationships and drive referrals
What We're Looking For:
Strong communicator with sales experience (construction/roofing is a plus)
Self-starter with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Coachable, confident, and organized
Comfortable climbing ladders and working outside
