Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations
Present and demonstrate Honda vehicles and their features
Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and closing deals
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Honda products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
