We need members that are extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiency, safety features and functions, and financing options.
Our ideal candidate can communicate in a clear and efficient way with customers using their preferred method of communication (email, text, video, social media, etc.) to present vehicles to customers in an efficient and highly informative fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist clients with product selection including model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance/lease options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
Perform other duties as assigned
Stay in regular communication with clients before and after the sale
Interact in professional manner with clients, vendors, and staff
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smart phone, and social media skills

Neat, clean, and professional appearance
