Software Engineering ManagerHybrid (Dedham, MA) - $150k The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of proprietary operational systems within a growing organization. Key responsibilities include managing a team of 6 developers, collaborating on the product roadmap, ensuring system stability, performance, and customer satisfaction, and driving the agile development process. The role requires balancing multiple tasks, mentoring team members, and implementing scalable engineering solutions.
