Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including silk press, coloring, braids, extensions, dreadlock styling, and natural haircare to meet client needs and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Assist with salon duties, including scheduling appointments managing client inquiries and light cleaning
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is advantageous.
Skills in makeup application are beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
