I’ve been cut here 20 years licensed around 16. The shop is in the heart of South Boston, main Intersection of west and east broadway with dorchester street going through the middle. Also where I grew up so I know everyone. It’s the Busiest intersection in southie, right in the heart of it all. so much foot traffic and new condos going up everywhere. Only a block or two from most restaurants and bars. The clientele base is mostly young professionals. we’re a 5 to 10 walk to seaport. so much more potential and growth in this shop as the area is still growing. It’s a 5 chair shop with 2 barbers.
