Hi! I am looking to sublet my suite to a licensed MA cosmetologist/esthetician/lash artist in the my salon suite building in Watertown. All utilities are included, work your own hours, laundry on site and FREE garage parking for you and your clients. Set outside of Boston it is a very high traffic area for clients. Everyone that works in the building is friendly professional and supportive if you ever need anything at all and our landlord is very attentive! I am looking for someone to start asap as I am looking to move closer to home! Rent is weekly. The suite is in the front hallway close to the entrance door easy for clients to find and is spacious with one station chair and one shampoo sink chair with plenty of cabinet space and led mirror. (Looking to sell the 2 chairs at a discounted price!) You are allowed to paint and decorate the suite however you like with landlords permission which makes your space unique!
