As one of our first employees, our Massage Therapists will play a key role in shaping the spa’s massage therapy standards, client experience, and overall culture. This is an opportunity to be part of something new and help build Forever Young Spa into a premier destination for massage and wellness.
Role Overview
The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs. This role requires technical skill, a deep understanding of body mechanics, and a passion for holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques customized for individual clients.
Educate clients on post-massage care, wellness routines, and self-care.
Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming presence.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked.
Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques.
Qualifications
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Massachusetts.
1-3 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of massage therapy, anatomy, and body mechanics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for helping clients improve their well-being.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30 - $40/hr based on experience
