Position Overview:
As the Wellness Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients' wellness journeys. You will be responsible for organizing and promoting our various wellness offerings, ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients. Your passion for health and wellness will inspire our community and help us foster lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Implement, and manage wellness programs and treatments, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their wellness goals, providing personalized recommendations and support.
Scheduling & Administration: Manage appointments, maintain client records, and oversee billing and payment processes.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote wellness programs through social media, newsletters, and events.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with wellness practitioners to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and program delivery.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback to continually enhance our offerings and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in wellness program coordination, client services, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications.
Passion for health, wellness, and holistic living.
