Appliance Repair Assistant – Full or Part Time (In-Home Service)
Are you passionate about helping people and skilled in appliance repair? Join our small, family-owned appliance repair company and work directly with the owner to service customers in their homes throughout Massachusetts.
Position: Appliance Repair Assistant
Schedule: Flexible – Full or Part Time
Location: Various locations across Massachusetts (in-home service). Will be traveling in company vehicle with owner to and from service locations. Will need transportation to and from shop business location to start and leave work at the end of your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in appliance repair a must (more training available for the right candidate)
Incredibly kind and service-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Extremely extremely patient and able to work calmly in a variety of home environments
Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently or alongside the owner
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
Your Role:
Assist the owner with diagnosing and repairing household appliances
Provide exceptional service and clear explanations to customers
Represent the company with professionalism and care
