Data Specialist $60-75K/year - Medway, MA (5 days onsite/week)Our client is looking for a dedicated and eager candidate to join the company as their first technical hire! You will be supporting their expansions of the organization in creating more efficient ways for their technology to be run while also having the opportunity to have ownership of the technological decisions.Their office is located at 16 Trotter Drive, Medway, MA and runs in person 5 days per week, hours are 8:00AM-4:00PM. Looking for someone to fit into the culture and grow into the role for the long term!Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must be detailed oriented, extremely organized, and a self-starter. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Capable of multitasking and having the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Knowledge of current IT systems Must be a collaborative professional with a positive attitude and enthusiasmKey Jobs Responsibilities: Create new systems for data management and data security. Ensure compliance with existing document retention policies. Fine-tune procedures related to secure and efficient handling and sharing of data. Implement a new data system for the Contracts office. Create and manage disaster recovery protocol and ensure sufficient backups.
