We are seeking a Field Support IT Tech to provide on-site technical assistance across multiple locations on the North Shore. This role requires travel to client or company sites to resolve hardware and connectivity issues, install new equipment, troubleshoot desktop issues, install and troubleshoot various industry related practice software and assist with local IT rollouts. Candidates must be resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working independently. Experience working within the MSP environment preferable. Experience with SonicWALL, Fortinet, Datto, Sophos, Unify, Sentinel One, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other related products is required. Experience with basic and advanced networking concepts necessary.
