Ambitious Carpenters Wanted:
We are looking for several ambitious carpenters who have great organizational skills and are motivated to work diligently for our customers on the South Shore. Your job will entail working with a small team in diverse settings and on a variety of projects. Jobs include all aspects of residential home and light commercial endeavors such as additions, kitchen, bath, windows, doors and siding projects. Many of our existing clients own high end properties requiring high quality skills.
CCI has operated on the South Shore for over 33 year and offers you the opportunity to work on all phases of production from ground up construction to restoration of some of the most beautiful homes on the South Shore as part of a team in a focused and collaborative environment.
This position offers a great opportunity to grow and learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Understand project lists, drawings and sketches
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed as required.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, other team members and office staff.
- Accurately assess and understand expected timeline for completing jobs
Skills:
- Experience as carpenter (Preferred 3 yrs.)
- Proficiency in using most construction related equipment and measurement tools
- Knowledge and understanding of job site health and safety mandates.
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of basic math required to calculate and cut materials
- Ability to physically perform job duties which requires physical flexibility and endurance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Successful completion of a carpentry program is preferred but not required

Benefits:
- Very good pay rates; Candidates for this position should expect $28 to $45 hr. based on abilities
