We are a commercial real estate management company looking to hire an assistant property superintendent.
Job responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance and Construction Property Manager with heating, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and light construction projects for our commercial properties. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license. 6am to 2pm Mon-Fri with some extra hours and weekend on call required. Permanent and summer positions available.
