Busy shop in Marblehead looking for a production manager. Shop has a great office staff and great technicians. All equipment has been updated or replaced over the last few years. Shop produces quality repairs and great customer service.
Job description:
Assign repairs to technicians
Organize sublet operations
Maintain work in process to ensure steady flow
Update production related software
Work with technicians and shop appraisers for best practices
Other shop related tasks may also be required
Qualifications:
Appraisers Licenses
Knowledge of computerized estimating system, CCC One
Good leadership and communication skills
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the auto collision industry
Full time, M-F (1/2-day Fridays)
