We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our bath install team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Bath Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing bath remodeling projects from start to finish in MA & NH, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Execute residential bath remodeling projects, including light plumbing.
Provide strong customer service skills.
Perform frame carpentry, including the construction of walls, doors, and windows.
Apply caulking and plaster as needed to ensure a finished look.
Handle concrete forming and masonry tasks to create durable structures.
Fabricate custom fixtures and installations as per project specifications.
Install various fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, and lighting.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct construction inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills:
Proficient in frame carpentry techniques and practices.
Strong knowledge of caulking methods and plaster application.
Experience with LVT flooring and basic carpentry.
Ability to install vanities, toilets and wainscoting.
Skilled in installation of tile and PVC or acrylic walls.
Familiarity with fixture installation processes for various types of materials.
Competent in conducting construction inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
