We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Service & Installation Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and represents the Bath Flip vision with positivity and care.
What You’ll Do
-Install and service bath and shower systems, including walls, bases, shower doors, fixtures, and accessories.
-Perform tile and LVT flooring installations with precision and attention to detail.
-Complete bath tile wall installations and general bath finishing work.
-Diagnose and repair issues with showers, toilets, doors, and flooring.
-Manage and organize tools, materials, and job site cleanliness daily.
-Communicate clearly with customers and team members — always representing Bath Flip’s commitment to professionalism and respect.
-Collaborate with fellow installers, warehouse, and operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
-Problem-solve on the fly — bringing positive energy and solutions, not excuses.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in bath remodeling, tile, and/or flooring installation.
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable driving to job sites throughout MA, NH, and Southern ME.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn Bath Flip’s systems, products, and patented installation processes.
Positive attitude — someone who contributes to a “Flippin’ Great” culture every day.
