Position:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter or Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and leadership skills to contribute to our exceptional projects.
Responsibilities:
Execute carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to bring concepts to life.
Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Lead and mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential carpentry.
Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques, including framing, trim work and cabinetry.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing exceptional work.
Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience preferred for Lead Carpenter position.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
