Carpenters with frame to finish experience (5+ years)
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of remodeling and carpentry tasks including:
Framing (interior/exterior walls, additions)
Finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, cabinetry)
Deck builds and repairs
Window and door installation
Siding installation
Deck building and repairs
What we’re looking for:
Multiple years carpentry and remodeling experience
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable work ethic
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical job site tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to commute to project sites
Able to work with little supervision or as part of a team
Must have own tool belt and hand tools
Our project sites are in Lexington, North Andover, Burlington and surrounding areas. We also work on projects in New Hampshire.
