We are seeking a talented, motivated, and energetic Carpenter to join our growing Team. You should share our passion for creating thoughtful, high-quality homes built through a collaborative process with our clients, architects, designers, and trade partners.
Cutting Edge Homes Architects + Builders is an award-winning boutique firm, priding itself on a fully integrated design + build approach with an obligation to craftsmanship, creativity, and value. We provide single-source accountability while carefully guiding our clients through every step of the process from pre-construction and permitting to architecture and interior design, to construction and home care. We specialize in historic restorations, renovations, additions, kitchens, and custom millwork of architecturally significant homes. In addition to custom new construction, we provide the passion and skill for any path a journey may take throughout the Greater Boston Area.
This Position Entails:
Frame to finish carpentry with an eye for detail
Ensuring that work is completed above industry standards
Support the layout, cleanliness, and safety of the project site
Willingness to learn new skills
Willingness to work on a variety of different tasks
Able to work individually as well in a team environment
This is a growth position within the company
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of high-end residential remodeling experience
Passion for your craft
Mentoring others is required throughout this role
OSHA 10 and LEAD certification a plus
Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is a plus
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation - must be willing to travel throughout Metro-West, and South Shore
