Hiring for experienced Carpenters. FOREMAN - 5 years plus experience with residential frame to finish. Knowledge and experience with framing, layout, rafters and stair stringers, ability to read Architectural drawings and commence job project with directing 2 to 4 journeyman carpenters, knowledge of windows, doors and Sliders Installation, custom interior and exterior trim, wood flooring, drywall finishes, custom deck installations, jobsite control, material quality control, time tracking, working with subcontractors, basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Starting wage is $38 - $40 hourly. JOURNEYMAN carpenters 2 to 4 years experience with residential frame to finish projects. Knowledge of frame layout, walls, roof rafters, sheathing, stairs, windows and door installations, custom deck installations. Staring wage is $28 - $35 per hour. Full time Monday through Friday 7am-330pm. Benefits available for full time individuals. Must be reliable and dependable. Have own transportation and basic tool setup. Hiring immediately.
