New England Closets of Woburn, MA is looking to hire a full time Hybrid installer/shop associate with some home installation experience of home improvement or related products. Previous experience installing closets is a plus but not a requirement.
We are a custom closet and organization company specializing in a variety of home organization products all custom designed and built. We are seeking individuals with great work ethic, who can communicate and interact with customers in a professional manner, and who are able to work alone and in a team environment. Requirements for this position are:
-Must be able to work independently and follow our processes both in the shop and in the field.
-Must be detail oriented and open to be trained with our processes
-Proficient in using hand drills, mitre saw and other power tools
-Able to work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment
-Needs to possess great customer service skills
-Must be able to carry at least 50 lbs. and be able to bring materials to 2nd and 3rd stories.
-Open to working more than 40 hours/week with overtime
-Needs to have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and must pass background and drug test
