Responsibilities:
Program Mazak lathes and other CNC machinery using MasterCam or Mazak Control
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Set up and adjust offsets and tooling
Troubleshoot programming issues or fill in as needed
Collaborate professionally with managers and production teams
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience programming in Mazatrol or G-Code
Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerancing
Knowledge of multiple types of controls
Ability to perform manual program edits
Understanding of machining processes
Ability to use inspection equipment to accurately inspect parts
Committed to quality, safety and communication
