CAM Partners, a fast growing and fast paced facilities management company, is looking to add a Construction Foreman to the team. Our clients include retailers, health care organizations, warehouses, educational facilities and others. If you're the type of person that doesn't want to be stuck in the same place, doing the same thing every day, this could be the place for you. This is a working Foreman position, leading teams of two to four people based on the job. The ideal candidate will be able to lead, coach and develop team members, and have a positive attitude!
Necessary skills include: concrete flat work, block and stonework, catch basin repair & rebuild, carpentry skills, operating cut off saws, skid steers and other various power tools safely, ability to use a smartphone and apps to track jobs, completing daily paperwork and keeping jobs on time and on budget.
