Responsibilities:
Preventative engine maintenance at prescribed service intervals, inclusive of basic oil and filter changes, and replacement of common tune-up components.
Major system repairs such as removal and installation of cylinder heads, and complete engines.
Engine diagnostic tests such as compression ratio, cylinder leak down, and exhaust emissions sampling.
Replacement of factory parts and components on our full line of products.
Troubleshooting of control systems including malfunctioning sensors, switches, relays, contactors, actuators, and control valves using digital voltmeters, current clamp-on meters, and the diagnostic capabilities of our embedded control systems.
Qualifications:
Clean and valid driver’s license (operates company supplied vehicle)
Lift and maneuver objects weighing more than 40 lbs
Ability to read and follow manuals, electrical, and mechanical diagrams
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to be flexible with changing daily priorities in a fast-paced environment
